You give us personal information voluntarily when you ask about our services, participate in activities on the site, or contact us. Depending on the context, that can include:

We process personal information to provide, improve, and administer the services, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. In practice that means:

The chat button opens a conversation with Ryan right here on organicallyseo.com. Before it starts, you tick three agreements and give your email address. Ryan reads and answers from WhatsApp: each message you send is stored in our database and forwarded to his WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which Meta runs as our service provider, and his replies come back into the chat on this site.

When the chat opens, we keep a consent record: the agreements you ticked, the version of this notice and our Terms of Use you agreed to, your email address, the page you were on, the time, and your browser's user agent. We also keep the first name you give, if you give one, and every message in the conversation, both directions, with timestamps.

Your browser keeps what you type before the chat opens, and a reference to the open chat, in its local storage for up to seven days, so a refresh doesn't lose the conversation. Start over in the chat, or clearing your browser data, removes it.

Messages are stored in our own systems. Automated tools, including AI language models run by our service providers, may read them to sort, summarize, and file each conversation so it reaches the right project. Those tools never reply to you. Every reply is written by a person.

We use your messages and email address to answer your inquiry and do the work you ask about, and we may email you about the conversation, for example if it gets cut off. We do not send you marketing through the chat or WhatsApp.

Meta processes your messages on their way to Ryan's WhatsApp under its WhatsApp Business terms. Messages travel over encrypted connections.

To stop, say so in the chat or email ryan.organically@gmail.com, and ask us to delete the conversation and the consent record if you like. Stopping does not affect messages already exchanged.

If you message our WhatsApp Business number yourself, outside the chat on this site, we receive and keep your phone number and WhatsApp profile name, the messages in both directions with timestamps, and any photos, files, or voice notes you send. They are handled as described above. Reply STOP at any time to stop all WhatsApp messages from us, or START to opt back in.

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR require a valid legal basis for processing. We rely on consent (which you can withdraw at any time), performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as telling users about offers and understanding how the services get used so we can improve them), legal obligations, and vital interests.

If you are in Canada, we process your information with your express or implied consent. Limited legal exceptions apply, such as fraud investigations or compliance with a subpoena, warrant, or court order.

We may share your personal information in a few specific situations:

We keep personal information only as long as the purposes in this notice require, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

Once there is no ongoing business need, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion is impossible because the data sits in backup archives, we store it securely and isolate it from further processing until deletion becomes possible.

We use organizational and technical security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. No electronic transmission or storage technology is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee that hackers or other unauthorized parties will never defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from the services is at your own risk, and you should only access them from a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using the services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use. If we learn we have collected personal information from anyone under 18, we deactivate the account and delete the data promptly. In some regions, including the EEA, UK, and Canada, you have rights under data protection law: to access and obtain a copy of your personal information, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability where applicable, and to object to processing. We act on every request in accordance with applicable law.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are processing your information unlawfully, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Switzerland, contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

If processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that already happened.

To stop marketing messages, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS or WhatsApp message we send, or contact us directly. Service-related messages about your account will still reach you. Questions about your rights go to ryan.organically@gmail.com.

No uniform standard for recognizing Do-Not-Track browser signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard we must follow is adopted, we will say so in a revised version of this notice.

California's "Shine The Light" law (Civil Code Section 1798.83) lets California residents request, once a year and free of charge, the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing, along with those parties' names and addresses. California residents under 18 with a registered account can request removal of data they posted publicly, though copies may persist in backups.

Under the CCPA, in the past twelve months we have collected: identifiers (name, address, phone, email, IP address), customer-records information, protected classification characteristics (gender, date of birth), commercial information, internet activity, geolocation data, and professional or employment-related information. We have collected no biometric, education, inference, or sensitive personal information. Collected categories are retained as long as you have an account with us.

Organically SEO LLC has never sold personal information and will not in the future. We disclose it for a business purpose only to the service providers described above, under contract, to run the services.

Your CCPA rights include: deletion of your data, knowing what we collect and why, non-discrimination for exercising your rights, and opting out of any future selling or sharing (we act on opt-out requests within 15 days). We verify requests by matching the information you provide against what we have on file. Authorized agents must submit proof of authorization. Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Virginia residents acting in an individual or household context can: confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling. Organically SEO LLC has never sold personal data and will not.

We respond to requests within 45 days of receipt. That period can extend once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice and the reason. If we decline a request, you can appeal by emailing ryan.organically@gmail.com; we answer appeals in writing within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Attorney General.

We update this notice as needed to stay compliant with relevant laws. The revised date at the top marks each update, effective as soon as it is posted. Material changes get a prominent notice or a direct notification.
